Tencar Co., Ltd. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values and protects users’ personal information while providing the RATEIT mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, with whom we share it, how long we retain it, and the rights users may exercise regarding their personal information.

We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other privacy laws applicable in the countries or regions where the Service is offered. If mandatory law in a user’s country or region provides stronger protection than this Policy, that mandatory law controls.

Key Summary

• RATEIT is available only to users who are at least 18 years old.
• We process information such as email address, username, date of birth, and gender or gender identity to operate Accounts.
• We process relevant usage records to provide Posts, Ratings, Likes, follows, DMs, reports, and purchases.
• RATEIT does not collect or use precise location information. We may process the device time zone to schedule push notifications using local time.
• We do not routinely read ordinary DMs. Authorized personnel may review the minimum necessary conversation content when required for a report, safety risk, fraud, security incident, lawful request, or protection of the Service.
• DMs are not end-to-end encrypted.
• When a user deletes an Account, the profile and Posts are removed from public view and the user may appear as Deleted user in existing DMs. Messages retained in another user’s conversation, report evidence, and legally required records may not be deleted immediately.
• RATEIT does not sell personal information or share it for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Users may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and any additional rights available under applicable regional law.

Article 1. Scope

This Policy applies to:

1. The RATEIT mobile application;
2. RATEIT Accounts, Posts, Ratings, Likes, follows, DMs, Best 10, and Premium Insights;
3. Customer support, Account deletion, notices, and related webpages operated by the Company;
4. Administrative systems used to operate the Service; and
